Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Returned items should be accompanied by the original invoice, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 10% of the value for unused items that were installed for use, and for items in new condition without the original packaging.
Consumables, and custom/specially ordered items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g. finish, colour, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order are non-returnable, and non-refundable.
If your purchase is damaged during delivery (conducted by ATL), we will give you the option to (a) keep the item and accept a 10% rebate or credit to your account in exchange, or (b) we will exchange it at no cost to you.
It is the duty of the buyer or his/her agent to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and claims shall be notified to ATL within 3 business days of the buyer taking possession. If notification is not received by the company within this period, ATL shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
Cancellation Of Orders
Appliance Traders Limited will issue a full refund to the original payment method utilised on our website within 48 hours of the request to cancel an order. Please note your card issuing institution in authorizing the transaction may have placed a hold on your account for the transaction amount and should be contacted to query the timeframe in which the hold will expire.
