ATL Launches New Communications Channel - Apple Messages for Business

Kingston, Jamaica, December 17, 2021 — Appliance Traders Limited, the exclusive service provider for Apple in Jamaica will introduce Apple Messages for Business to its suite of customer messenger service options. The interface will offer a new avenue for Apple users to communicate directly with the company by way of their iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch devices.

According to Burke, the implementation of Apple Messages for Business will serve to offer an alternative means to contact the company’s customer service department, which manages several operational inquiries from product availability, pricing to service bookings as well as information on exclusive promotions and more. 
 
When asked how the platform would help to enhance the customer experience, Burke stated “In a myriad of ways due to its simplicity; it’s incredibly convenient, intuitive and easy to navigate. The user experience is comparable to chatting with a friend. Once a message is sent, it will engage our chat bot, which will immediately prompt our automated support menu. If the customer selects an option that requires help from an agent, the chat will be routed to a customer service team member. Most importantly, all of this takes place in a matter of seconds.” 
 
ATL customers can access the Apple Messages for Business service from various different touch points, including the atljamaica.com website, Apple maps or any other phone application accessible by Apple device users. 
 
To start a conversation, customers can tap the Messages icon on the ATL website from their device, and a chat window will open instantly in the Messages app. While most answers can be provided by the chat bot directory, the live representative option ensures that customers can always speak with an ATL team member if necessary. 
 
Customers will always be in control of how they share their contact information with the business. Apple Messages for Business is available for customers worldwide, and is built into iOS 11.3 and higher. The chat is accessible during the company’s operational hours; Mondays to Fridays from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. 
 
Apple Messages for Business will be available as of December 13, 2021.
