Homemade Jamaican Eggnog in 10 Easy Steps featuring the 3 Speed KitchenAid Blender

     
 

What You’ll Need:

- 3 Medium eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ cup(s) evaporated Milk
- 4 tablespoons white rum
- 1 Shot Stout
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
 

Method:

- Whisk 3 eggs until thick
- Pour egg mixture into KitchenAid Blender
- Add ½ cup granulated sugar
- Add 1 ½ cups evaporated milk
- Add 1-2 shots of white rum
- Add 1 shot of stout
- Add ½ tsp nutmeg
- Add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- Blend on level 2 for 1 minute
- Serve over ice
- Top it off with a pinch of cinnamon and add cinnamon stick for garnish
