Our commitment to your safety has led us to identify a potential concern regarding your Frigidaire Side-by-Side Refrigerator, purchased from our store between 2015 and 2019. A recent manufacture recall has been issued due to a specific assembly component that may fracture, resulting in plastic fragments entering the ice bucket of the refrigerator and creating a potential risk of choking and/or laceration if dispensed.

To check if your refrigerator is affected, we ask that you kindly take the following steps:

1. Visit IceBucketRecall.com to see if both your model and serial number are on the affected refrigerator list. Both numbers can be found on a label inside your refrigerator.

2. If it is on the affected list, you should stop using the ice maker until the replacement ice bucket assembly has been installed. You may continue to use the refrigerator without ice production.

3. To expedite the resolution process, we urge you to contact our Service Department by emailing request@atljamaica.com, calling toll-free at 888-ATL-SERV(285-7378) or reaching out via our WhatsApp Business Chat line at 876-504-5652. Our team will assist you in arranging a free ice bucket replacement and assembly for your refrigerator.
